The training items listed are online training course, available through our online training portal. Upon purchase, you will have access to these items for 30 days. The training portal is available under your account tab (upper right corner) after the purchase of one or more courses. The courses are for informational purposes only. Some may include quizzes, tests or exams however any testing is not recorded for certification purposes. These training materials were developed based on Volvo Retailer workshop processes. Not all references in the materials are applicable to the Independent repair facility process. Please note that these courses are non-refundable once they have been accessed.
